Welcome to The Ballroom Club. By purchasing or participating in our lessons, classes, programs, events, or other services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Lessons & Classes

Lessons and classes are subject to instructor and studio availability. The Ballroom Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, instructors, or class times when necessary.

Payments

Payment is required according to the terms of the service or package purchased. Prices are subject to change. Any package already purchased will remain subject to the terms and pricing applicable at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds

Private lessons require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed lessons may be charged as completed lessons.

Purchases are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Lesson Packages

Lesson packages are for the person or couple for whom they were purchased and are non-transferable unless approved by The Ballroom Club. Packages must be used within any validity period specified at the time of purchase.

Competitions & Events

Participation in competitions, showcases, social events, coaching sessions, and other special events may involve additional fees. Once The Ballroom Club has committed or paid fees on a student’s behalf, those amounts may be non-refundable in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Health & Safety

Students participate in dance activities at their own risk and are responsible for informing their instructor of any physical limitations that may affect their participation. Students should participate only at a level appropriate for them.

The Ballroom Club reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.

Personal Belongings

The Ballroom Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left at the studio.

​

Photos & Videos

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during studio activities or events. Permission will be requested where appropriate before identifiable images are used for promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

The Ballroom Club may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The most current version will be available through our website.

By purchasing or participating in services provided by The Ballroom Club, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
